Use the Pro Exotics FAQ
It worked for my BP..
he hasnt taken a f/t (frozen thawed) in his LIFE (over a year)
and he took one today.. i used the method of not thawing the mice in hot water (did it in room temp) the FAQ says some ball pythons prefer dry ones to wet.. (yes i did dry mine w/ a towel ..but it never got um 100% dry..)
and also instead of holding the mouse by the tail (with tweezers) i held it by the nape of the neck (with tweezers) and it says the snakes can have bad aim when hung by the tail
and i also think moving it by the nape makes it look more like a live mouse..
Just want to share my succsess
Thanks PE!
oh ya.. there is also some other tips in there ...

Sounds pretty interesting, but after 5 weeks of trying my royal finally decided to take in. The only method that worked was leaving the F/T mouse in front of his hide box. He still only takes in with only this method. Might work for some others as well. But just be careful that he isn't able to get any substrate in his mouth.

Hmmm, think it will work for a difficult WC Central American boa? He only eats live as well, and only when I am at the point of force feeding him. He is now about 1 year old and still tiny. He is also getting aggressive. *sigh* Oh well, it's worth a try.

i use f/t and the best way i have found is to seal it up in a zip lock bag. making sure to get all the air out then sumerge that in the sink with hot water you may have to use the tongs to make it stay under water. quick and dry and at a nice warm temp. just my opion thanks
