Be nicer to your snakes and they will stop biting you.
I dunno man...Unless it's a really really bad bite, I usually just wipe the blood off on my pants after scraping at it with my nail to make sure there are no teeth...and I've never had anything like that pop up later. Usually sometime that same day or by the next, I can't even tell where the little tooth marks are. Freaky...I should have died from a nasty infection a long time ago lol

Sounds like a low grade infection to me.
The bacitracin (triple antibiotic, neosporin) will only help with the surface germs.
Best thing to do is let it bleed out a bit, squeezing blood out if you have to as it will usually carry any germs etc out with it.
Then go for the bacitracin etc.

Sounds like a tooth stuck under your skin. I've had that happen with two bites. Once, the tooth was in there, I noticed about 4 days later, it was very annoying and bothersome feeling in my hand, I cut the tooth out (like taking out a deep splinter). The other time there was a tooth in my hand, it didn't really bother me, just a small bump, and it ended up going away (disolving I guess). Yes, the boas teeth withh grow back. I also like to check the inside of the snake's mouth a few days and then a week again after if I get bit, to make sure there are no infections or tooth problems happening as well for the snake.
