Probably, I'd do two layers though, that stuff is pretty thin and prone to allowing freezer burn.

Ah yes. good luck freezing your rodents. As I tuck my pet rat lucas to sleep tonight, I will tell him of his cousins getting packed away nicely in a freezer like salsibury steak patties.

I never had much luck with the "press and seal" thing. It was more like press and seal then watch it unseal for me. But then again this was when it first came out and maybe I just got a bad roll.

yep, I'm not sure about the glad press 'n seal either. If you can't go with the food saver (which I have); I'd check out wreckwriter's gadget.

I'm with you on this one. I can't get that stuff to work for the life of me. My wife on the other hand swears by it and it works like a charm for her. I think it sticks to everything including Y chromosomes so whenever us men try to use it, it peels off as it is magnetized by that Y chromosome to come back to us.

I tried the freezer Press n Seal on my last batch. Complete waste of time and money. For long term, i like a vaccuum sealer (just don't use it on rat pinks or they become stew). For short term, I just use freezer bags.
