Dethawing FROZEN leafy greens??? how?
I spent like 3 hrs cutting up greens into bit size pieces and evenly seperated them into 3 baggies, zip locks, and 1 of them was a ziplock freezer bag.
when i de-thawed the bag it was ok the 1st day but by the end of the 2nd day, the greens were SOAKED and litterly looked like sea weed, they were that water-saturated...any tip what i should do?
i was thinking to set them out on paper towels while frozen and then after theey dethaw press them with more towling to get out the water so they dry? idk...maybe put under a heat lamp?

i just realized that by saying "dethawing forzen..." in the topic, that is actually redundant (spelling?) because obviously if your dethawing it, it's already frozen..., silly me lol

Freezing greens seems like a great idea, but you lose a lot of vitamins in the freezing/thawing process. You'd be better off cutting up greens every three or four days and storing in the fridge. I'm not quite sure what you mean, by the end of the second day. If you mean you left greens in the enclosure for that long, they'll go bad no matter what you do. Greens should be given daily- it seems like a lot of work, but you'll figure out a system.
