i have found with my snakes, that when the snake is big enough for large rats, that it's time to feed every other week. HOWEVER, i do not own a burm, and given the fact that when its on large rats its still a sub adult this may not be time for it to go to every other week, i think you should ask an experinced burm owner when its time to go to 2 week intervals.

my two albinos are on rabbits every 3 weeks, and my male burm (bam) is only about 5 feet and hes on large rats, hes way more girth then he is length. but burms in my opinion arent that big i would say retics are huge compared to burms, they can easily reach 18 feet and female burms max out around that length, and the male burms rarely make it past 15 ft. ? so its all in the way your feed your snake and how your snake eats. you dont want to underfeed or overfeed either way its unhealthy and if its not that noticable when your doing it will be in the long run :-/ . thats whats happening with burms, people lik the way they look but dont want them to get big so they underfeed, causing serious health issues and an aggressive snake, some ppl lik huge snakes, so they overfeed/power feed causing them to die at a younger age then the average. so thats my $0.02
