Hmm strange, theres a red cross when I clicked on error report it just says print, theres also 2 remote accesses logs but I think that was when I phones my Ip to ask if the fault could be with thier software. Theres also a yellow (!) it says W32 runtime? Non of this means anything to me tbh though?
