Do a genetics study with fruit flies. Talk to the Biology teacher... they can order fruit fly cultures and you can monitor things like eye color, wing size, and other genetic mutations.

I moved this here. you should get a better response here. when i was younger me and my partner built a 4'X4' frame and put weird objects in it to simulate terrain. After that we put netting over it then polyurethane over that. We then made a small ocean, put some plastic toy fishes, sharks, birds and stuff in the water and the beach and on land. In the middle of this ocean we put an oil derek. We had a small jar of motor oil and explained the effect of oil spills. It sounds like alot but it's really easy. And we took the gold for it!! not reptile related but it works....

One to do with Reaper my ball. . Good suggestions though. I did something like what captain did but with goldfish and coke. They all died .

And where did you get a statuette crackhouse to put in the fishbowl?
But seriously...you want to experiment on your snake? Bad idea...you dont have enough to set up a control group, for one thing...they really cant be trained all that well either

Not to sound rude, but for what grade level are we talking about here? If we're talking HS here, I'd attempt to do something that would educate others to help them get over the stereotypical fear that most people have. Ask for permission to bring your snake into school; maybe have a parent drop off/pick up so you won't have it all day, as enticing as that may be. Then discuss typical habitat, feeding and digestion process and how docile balls can be. Tell them that the man eating snake story is a mystery, snakes aren't slimy, and constrictors really can't break bones . Then you can say things about how different types of snakes move, both in land and water and the list goes on and on. There's just so much to talk about. Unless you're talking about a visible or hands on project?
