answer is.... No you can not cage em together.
ball pythons are from Ghana Africa....redtail boas are from tropical South america... 2 totally different climates for 2 totally different species of snakes
secondly housing 2 snakes together isnt the best idea...what if one is sick and they are both in the same cage..or what if one had mites? your gonna have double the problems that you dont need... Separate the snakes pronto if they arent and keep it that way. The husbandry requirements are different so why would you WANT to keep 2 totally different snakes together anyway?

Absolutely NOT!
Both have different requirements. Being that they are from different parts of the world.
Read up on the specific needs for each individual animal.

Besides the climate differences, they also could potentially carry pathogens that they themselves have a built up natural immunity to but which could be deadly to animals from other parts of the world who have never been exposed....kinda like how entire villages in Africa died off from disease carried by Europeans that didn't so much as give the Europeans a sniffle....and visa versa...Many Europeans picked up things from Africa and other foreign lands that plagued them as well.

I have actually heard that a boa ate a ball before when being housed together....Talk about a bad day for whoever owned the ball python.
