Tap water vs Purified?

Does it make a difference? .. I always have used tap water in the misting / watering of my snakes, but I really thought of switching over to the hinckley & schimidtt water just because of the idea of cleaner water.

From what I know for misting systems the cleaner the water the less chance of them clogging.
