Had company today---alot of children and some adults.....
But locally there was a nasty snake someone found outside in a dumpster in the A&P parking lot....I heard about it through someone who came here today----I called the a&p and asked them to hold the snake...because they were going to "set it free" here in nj (where the snow still sits on the ground).
At the time I had no idea what kind of snake it was--just that it was this "really large snake"--possible dangerous. I asked the mom's to watch the children...jumped in my car and went to see this monster.
It was a baby ball..a little over a foot long.
Someone threw him in a plastic bag and in the dumpster. I laughed when I saw the massive serpent people were talking about. He was not aggressive at all--mainly because he was freezing to death. People had him in a bag and wer poking him....don't get me started.
I took him home and now have a baby ball called "Danny". (I have ahnuld---anyone see TWINS? Danny devito?)
This nasty, killer, huge snake is adorable....
pictures to follow after the holiday.
He's warm and safe now

(I told him Aunt Louise was gonna kick some butt for him

)
Seriously---who thinks to do this stuff to a baby ball python?????
