Ok guys I got my RX-7 2 weeks ago and finally decided to post some pic's!
Anyway I'd say the car looks good for only $1000 plus the engine rebuild. Yes its a 1990 RX-7 Turbo II

Tom: We are working on it. Fauna is thinking about changing T1 providers because its getting so bad. So if anyone has suggestion on places to get T1's from let me know.
flnavyguy: funny you said that. The guy that rebuilt my engine said once its broken in to drive it like I stole it. For some reason Rotary Engine's last longer when you shift at 5-7000 rpm's rather than 2-4000.

SWEEEEET!
But yeah, the rotary engine is greatly affected by graavity, which means the slower it spins, the more it will settle in the oil film ad cause more friction on the bearing surface at the bottom of the engine.
The faster it spins, the more oil is squeezed in and a better balance of the film is between the crank and bearing.
Normally, the rear lobes bearings wear out quicker due to the extra weight of the output shaft adding to the slowness and gravity.
I know... ya didn't want a mechanics lesson.....

Hey, Uncle Ben!!! heh heh Im just raggin on ya man. Hopefully you'll know what it means. Ive always wondered what those RX-7s with turbos pull on the 1/4 mile. Any time slips yet? I'm assuming you plan on racing her?

From what I hear Stock they do High 13's in 1/4 mile.
Mine has a streetport, intake and soon a HKS exhaust with test pipe in replace of the cat...so I'm guessing I should easily do atleast a 13...maybe faster....not sure
