het. If indeed your breeder is honest and did the math correctly, then your 66%
het also carries a 33% chance of being
het for nothing. If you breed it to a normal you will have all normal looking babies with a few of them having an ever decreasing possibility of being
het. A great deal of luck (for you, not the snake...It actually sucks to be albino for anything given the option of being healthier) would have to fall your way. If you breed it to a known 100%
het or a snake that actually has the trait your snake is suspected of having and it actually produces offspring with the trait, then it is no longer 66% but is proven 100%
het. If it produces none then it is NOT a
het at all but a normal. Hypomelanism is a trait alltogether different from albino. You will not get
hypos from breeding a
het albino to anything unless they are also
het for
hypo.
