learning more about the site

I notice that next to or below people's names when they post rests a title of some sort - some say RTB regular, other go so far as to say administrator or moderator. Other's say newbie to RTB. How does one go about changing these titles to better reflect that person's experience level?

You can't.The only way to do that is post more,but I don't think the mods want a person out of control with posts.(Unless in the 'Useless Large Thread' *cough*)
