first court date
I just got back from my first divorce court date. Today was an easy one- just asking for a hearing and setting the date. The next court date is Feb. 4th. We're trying to do it without a lawyer, so I'm hoping that day goes as smoothly as today did. I'm hoping to get this whole thing over with quickly!

Oh, he definitely wants this to happen- it was his idea and he's been living with some girl for several months. It's just a matter of making sure we havew the right paperwork and hoping the judge will give us some leway if we don't.
