Ahhhhh Water Moccasin!!!!!!!!!!!! LMAO. Looks like some type of banded watersnake. They really all look similar and the slight color variations are by region usually. My oppinion.

It's a Northern Water Snake, Nerodia Sipedon
I have two and I went over to see this guy...it's interesting to see the differences in coloration on the belly. This fella is from right around Winston-Salem, whereas my two are from the mountain region up near Asheville, about a 2 hour drive and the belly coloration is almost totally different.
