The feeding location/association debate

Just to prove you can't totally poopoo association over feeding inside the viv, here is a pic of a snake totally obsessed with his "food entry point" despite being full of rat pup.
I considered taking a series of time lapse photographs over a 24 hour period because it's funny how Sweep the juvenile carpet has been poised watching the roof hatch constantly for days.
He's well btw and not star gazing!
He's in his nippy stage now and I finally feel used to getting bitten. He's ok out of the viv but getting him to that stage is a bit hairy.

as far as the association/location feeding debate....i've always said its up to the owner and the particular snake. my snakes never do anything like that unless the room distinctly smells of rat, which only happens on feeding days.

Lucky my never does that in her cage. I always feed her in another cage.
