help ..I cant post any pics ..
says they are too big...

Go to the Gallery at the top. Create a account (its free with limited space, more space cost extra).

Once you get a gallery account setup, upload your pics. It will automagically create a smaller version for you and a thumbnail. Right click on the image and go to properties. Copy the direct link to the image then you can paste that in the forum using the IMG button.

That or get a Image editor. There are a few free ones out there. I prefer Gimp myself, you can download it at http://www.gimp.org

You can also use a photo editing software to shrink pics, normally if you have a digi cam it comes with software for that.
