Dream come true
As of today, I am 50% owner of Link Staffing Services DBA DMR & Associates. My partner and I have signed the final purchase agreement from the original owner, recieved our stock certificates and the Franchise Ownership Transfer Agreement from the corp. office.

Just thought I would share the excitement, as I am only 23.

DBA is "doing business as" It sounds like a temp staffing company.

Exactly. We do industrial staffing: General labor, warehouse, forklift, delivery drivers, ect. we do some clerical, but it isn't our niche.

And, I posted that incorrectly! It'd DMR & Associates DBA Link Staffing Services. I own 50% of the S-Corp DMR & Associates which owns the franchise agreement to Link Staffing Services. If that makes sense.
