Banned Pets

I have heard that some states it is Illegal to own any snake over 6ft long and in cali it is against the law to own ferretts, I was wondering if anyone has found a listing on the net by state (Or even by city) that shows a banned listing of animals, also, is there any way to get your glasses back from A BP?

Trade him the glasses for a pair of mittens. They fall for it all the time.

I don't know of a site with the listings broken down that far...but it's probably out there.

that is what I thought but even before I moved back to NC (picked shiikar my BP up in sc)I looked all over for a just in case measure and nothing, been looking through everything. I am sure local law does not mind, there is one owner of large boids in the area but just to give my inner voice a rest and all. There is no way I would let her go though no matter what. What really threw me off is the fact that all the places I have looked through that allow pets will not allow snakes, Luckily though a good friend of mine is looking roomies and he nor his mother (The land lady) has problems with a locked cage that is "virtually" Escape proof. Well if anyone has any helpful feedbackon this I am all ears.

P.S. Will gloves work? I really need my glasses and she currently has them in her coils, the only time I allow her to go across my glasses. She has this thing about me wearing them and goes straight for them if I keep her around my neck

I would have to say this is one of the funnier posts I have seen in quite some time.

Karnis its goning to depend in NC as to what county you live in. Here in Davidson County they just passed an Animal Ordinance that says no large Constrictors like Burms, African Rocks and Anacondas, but snakes like Boas and Balls and the smaller ones are ok. Even though several here in the county are not paying any attention to it.

I thought it was actually citywide, not county, thanks for the tip. Well for added humor I take my girls pictures with me when I go to work to get developed and I know they are finished by the screams next door (not meaning to of course, I just think they should not look at other peoples pics without the right to)
