Habaneros are all heat and no real flavor. Tabascos have a great flavor and no shortage of heat. i use Tabascos, habaneros, jalepenos, and Ceyanne in mine along with ALOT of garlic. Everyone tends to think that tabasco peppers are mild because of Tabasco Sauce, but there is proably the equivilent of one pepper per bottle of that stuff. i use a pound per batch |
