Snake Gun
The front page is hokey, but the gun itself seems like a good idea. Its not the first time specific loads and guns have been created specifically for killing dangerous snakes. I for one would not hesitate to kill a poisonous snake if it was a threat to my home and/or kids.

CornerStone,
Invest in some tongs and hooks to have handy at home and in your car and learn to use them
It saves the snakes life, prevents a possible strike if you miss with whatever and many areas frown on discharging firearms around homes, even for what seems to be a good reason
Besides, the snakes take out quite a bit of rodentia

Its just sad that people cant accept and adapt to living with the planets creatures, all of which have meaning and purpose and are here for a reason.
Im sure any snake would rather NOT every encouter a person.
And personally , I wouldnt want to either if I were them.

Not to mention it would be cheaper than buying a gun.

Exactly Ben

OMG Thats so american, someone created it looking for more money and people use it to just destroy more the environment carelessly. Another example of a product build and sold entirely around false fear. How come he runs into so man rattles, but I hardly ever catch one....oh maybe its cause I dont live in their range.
