mites and soaking
about a month ago i found a mite on my snake. i did all the stuff to get rid of them and im mite free. but now i noticed none of my snakes ever soak anymore! i hope i still get the perfect donut sheds. i guess they must have soaked alot cause of mites. but i use to check them all the time for mites and never seen any. as it was when i did find them i only found one mite on one snake.

Yeah, snakes do tend to soak more if something is irritating their skin

when they go into blue i keep thier humidity at 70 till shed is over . that should still be okay even though they dont soak right?

They should be fine at that kind of level. Even at the 55-60% range they should be fine.
