I guess you two know each other?
Please describe your Iggys setup. What you call plenty may not be what others consider plenty. Please describe the cage and what you are feeding and temp and humidity for both day and night. Also age, length and weight of the Iggy....The more you can tell us the better. Thanks and welcome to RTB.

Well he is about 3 feet and he lives in a bathroom the temp during the day is about 80 to 85 degrees all day because we keep the doors shut to the bathroom and the vents open he eats vegies like squash, romane lettuce, and fruits every once in a while. He also eats Iguana food which has all the vitims in it. Then I have calcium powder that sprinkles on his food. He has two lamps for basketing.

Its fairly normal for iguanas to sneeze.
You dont have to do something wrong for iggys to sneeze, its how they rid their body of excess salt.

I know Marine Iguanas sneeze out excess salt. I have never seen a Green Iguana do that though. How would an Iggy on a veggie diet that doesn't swim in the ocean manage to retain excess salt?

Telefrag is right on this one nothing to worry about here. Jule's Green Iggy's do sneeze to rid their body of excess salt some may do it more than other's. I guess some pick it up more in the Iggy diet product's that you can mix with their veggie's. My first herp was a Green Iggy and she kept her glass in her enclosure white from the salt! Hehehe it's kind of funny I knew they expelled salt but never knew anything about hot rock's when I had her! (Over 10 year's ago)

YUP..It's the salt thing doing it alright. Green Igs can and will sneeze a bit to clear the salt from their bodies.
Nico.. Hmmm.. I have some trained ones here, but none that utilize a tissue at all.. yet....

Juls.. Maybe gordzilla [ or whatever her name is] just doesn't have excess salt enough to be sneeezing is all. Don't worry though. Just so that you can get the whole being owned by an Iguana deal in life.. We'll make sure to find a nice LARGE Ig that sneezes a lot just for you. So just start building another cage is all then for it now is all OH and would that be a male or female you want to experience this with preferably ?? hehe
