I am guessing that they are fairly socialized and tame then right? Or did you have to work at it a bit? (sorry for being a little nosy.....I just got an iggy and am interested in other people who keep them)

I've had willy since he was a baby (previous owner only had him 3 weeks) and he's be socialized since then so he is daft. He's just coming up to around 2 years old and I'm starting to think he is definitely male.
Clarissa I've only had a few months, she's had lots of attention before now but I don't think her diet or viv has been great, there was 4 of them in a school. Shes got claws that all bend to the side and lots of burns and was very very skinny. When I got her she would try to bite but once in your arms would start to calm. Now she's hardly ever spooked at all, and she loves a cuddle. Stopped pigging out with food so much now as she knows shes going to get plenty of food. What makes her more special is that she has dark eyes, whereas all the other Iggies I've seen have orange ones.
I think I've been very lucky with both the iggies as they haven't taken too much taming I don't think, just showing them that they aren't going to get hurt.

That's great. My rescue iguana bit me in the face just for making his salad wrong once. I could never get away with dressing him up. Maybe when he's old and fat...
