My Rhino Iguana pics, lots of pics...finally:)
Hey ya'll. Havent been here in ages. I figured I'll show some pics of my Rhino Iguana, since they're not the most popular iggy's out there.
Mine is still pretty young. He's not scared of me at all. So much so, that he pretty much does whatever he feels like, when I bring him out.
For example, if I kiss him on the face or just have my face near him in general, he'll lick my face, then decide to climb on it. He has no respect for me what so ever...lol. Oh, and excuse the hairy guy in the pics...thats just me
Here he is

Just chillin in my hand until he's ready to run around again

He loves to sleep in my rope, while im wearing it.

Here he is in my neck

Sorry for all the pics. I remember when I was first doing research on rhino iggy's. I always complained about how there wasnt enough pictures to look at I was waiting for him to stop shedding before taking pics, but everytime one piece was done, he started to shed another. I take that as a good sign

Very cool!
I wish my igs were large enough to get out more..they are so tiny, I'm afraid I'll lose them in my house!

Re: My Rhino Iguana pics, lots of pics...finally:)
Thanks for all the compliments
To be honest, they're not all that small as babies. Mine was only slightly smaller than what you see in the pics. But green iggy's are pretty small as yearlings.
I got him from a private pet store owner who actually takes care of his animals. He also happens to be a good friend and hooked me up with a massive discount. I wont tell you how much, but ill give you a hint, 50 percent off Such a cool guy.
The pet store owner had a tame full grown one, which I fell in love with. Thats how I got interested in rhino iggy's (cyclura). After he sold that one, I was devastated. So I decided to get one of my own and I absolutely love him!
