Looks a bit better, The jaw may NEVER go back to perfect shape. But there is a possibility (pretty good one) that since he is young it will return to normal. What is your lighting setup now?
*edit*
I can also tell by his spikes there's some retained shed there. Is it possible for him to get a daily bath? This also may become his potty session. Try to do everythig around the same time they honestly like routines i dont know how but they have a clock and if potty session isnt on time oh well its your fault for not putting me in the tub on time (even though it was only 10-20 minitues late lol).

Thanks Nick, I'll shove him in the tub in a bit..I've been giving him baths about 3X/week but I will increase that. He needs one anyways..he's a messy eater. I'm still feeding him pureed food, he still has issues really chewing. I imagine in a month or so, he should do ok on chopped stuff.
Lighting: outside approx 9-12hrs a week in the outdoor cage. (gotta say its the outdoor light that is helping)
Inside his cage, I have a ZooMed 160W UV/Heat combo.
Temps are good, 78-88 F
Humidity isnt that grand (65-70%)..Im gonna try to get either a misting system or a waterfall in the next week or so. I have to clean the cage daily anyways..Might as well clean out the water fall too..LOL
Thanks for all the help so far

No problem these little green guys (and the cyclura "rock" iguanas) are my passion, these are by far my favorite reptiles. The Zoomed bulbs are "ok" i used them for about 8 months out of Yoda's stay here (only problem i had was they blew fairly quickly 4months on each). Then i moved onto the Mega Ray (reptileuv.com) and i would never consider another bulb. Anyways thats great he gets outdoor time! Its the best for their minds and health. They need stimulation in their life i beleive this also ties into their health just a funny feeling with that. Anyways are you using a bit of calcium into his slurry?

Thanks!
Yeah I've been supplementing just one meal a day.
Overall he's doing pretty well. He's eating the collards & turnip greens with a slice of mango or a small strawberry pureed into the mix.
I also bought some green beans and squash and puree that. He eats it well too.
