my iguana needs help, please

i have a 4 1/2ft iguana it always eats great all of a sudden he just quit, its been 3 months since he ate well, now very rarely, can it be because my dad takes him out in 65 and 70 degree weather.

Yes, this can affect any reptile as it will stress them out being cooled repeatedly and for no reason.
