HI PLS. HELP NEED ADVICE on my blue phase iguana...
hi i have i problem with my juvinile iguana cause it has some kind of bulk in its proximal tail area.. my question is.. will this bulk in the tail would dis appear as my iguana grows larger.. i just want to know so it wont bother me anymore and i could accept things as they were..
here i attached a pic of it..

its hard to see the bulge in the pic but it realy has im pointing it near my thumb and my index finger..

r u talking about the tail base being REALLY thinkc? because thats really goof...they store extra nuitrence there, it means they are healthy and fat...  congratulations

sir i dont thinks its a stored nutrients? it looks like it was caused by it was heated by a blunt object but not that hard thats why it caused a bulge? will it be gone when he gets bigger? when iguanas grow does the proximal part of the tail right now will move on more caudal part? and tnxs viper ur reply will be highly apreciated

Oh. i see. You mean the odd, 'buldge' near your thumb, i should have read your 2nd post. Sorry. Your Ig prolly just fell off a limb or something bent his tail, it ill straighten out...my Ig has two wierd points on its tail, but they just kinda, went away. It kind looks like the tail is just thinkining unevenly and its working its way down, but unless its something like a wierd buldge on his body or head or arm, dont worry about it too much.
