New
Well im new to the iguana seen. Ive read alot about them and i love reptiles already with my to rtb's. well iam ready to go out and find me one but the only problem is the only store here in my town that sells them looks nasty and all there reptiles look babd. so if anyone knows a link to some trusted sites or place i can contact please tell me. i need all the help i can get. thnx

Might be a good idea to check around for any herp rescue centers in your area for iggies. So many igs are victim of non-experienced herps, or "novelty" herps, that quickly lose interest.

they are the most abundant herp in any rescue--and a full grown ig would have addressed any personality problems---in other words you get what you see. A baby could turn into Godzilla and end up homeless (and you can end up very hurt).
There are some great adult igs---go and check out a few local rescues and see for yourself.

i get more iguanas in on rescue than anything else there are so many in need of homes.please rescue one.
