Indiana Jones Laugh
I watched the new indiana Jones movie yesterday at the theater, and had quite the laugh. There is a scene where he is running from crazy russians and he winds up in quick sand, the boy runs to get something to pull him out with. He comes back with what looks like an Olive Python haha, what makes me laugh is that they are in the Amazon. Olive pythons are in Australia, that kid must be a fast swimmer. I know most people wouldnt notice it, but anyone on this site would get a good laugh out of that. I love how they use the snake as a rope and pull him out haha, movies these days

Re: Indiana Jones Laugh
Yyyyyyyyyyeah let's just teach our kids that it's OK to use a snake as a rope. Or any inanimate, unfeeling object for that matter.
Oh I see so much good coming of that. *sigh*
Before I begin ranting about it - You'd think they could at least find NATIVE species to work with for MOVIES. How hard can it be? Heck, I'm all over the intenet, they could have just called me up and been like "hey!" and I'da been like "yeah boy, be there in a hot minute" and bam! Good to go like a crunchwrap supreme.

Re: Indiana Jones Laugh
I after E. :P Xeike.
But, actually no. I didn't get to sleep until 1 this morning, and then woke up every half an hour because Will was coughing really bad in his sleep, then getting up and out of bed every hour to bring him some water and a cough drop.
Then I had to be awake at 6.45 ANYWAY for work, when usually I don't get up and out of bed until 9.25. I'm REALLY tired! And I don't get off work until 5 today anyhow.
No coffee... I had some orange juice and some... some uh... darn - what's the name of that cereal? You know it's got the cluster of honey nut crunchy thingies? and the delicious little flakes of stuff? Those clusters though... Honey... honey roasted... honey nut... something. Anyway, there's commercials for this cereal everywhere. But - that's been my morning. well in part anyway. It was a morning, that's for sure.
Point being - no coffee, I just technically haven't been able to sleep yet. I get a little funny without sleep. o.O
Regardless, I have yet to actually go see the new 'Jones movie. I've been told it was so terrible it was painful to watch. Which, really, isn't a huge deal to me, because I'm not a die-hard fan. I actually didn't see any 'Jones movies until I was 20, sooooooooooo yeah.
But the thing with the snakes... *sigh*.... just bugs me, you know? Hollywood does their best to keep Americans terrified of snakes, and tries their best to make snakes have no emotions, no feelings, no anything. It's sad to me when they do stuff like that in movies because of how they're stripping the animal's dignity. Even if it was intended to be funny, you know? Just bugs me.

Re: Indiana Jones Laugh
i really liked the movie. I like how it stayed very similar to the old indy movies. There was tons of action, and a fair ammount of comedy too. It was a good movie

Re: Indiana Jones Laugh
Well........ I'll wait until it comes out on DVD and get it for free through my blockbuster subscription thingy.
I'm not going to make the same mistake I made with "Open Water". *insert dramatic gagging, leaping about in fits of fury, and more gagging here*
