Comedians
This isnt a joke but it looks like the best place to put this so... Is anyone here a comedian or thinking about it? i just started and im coming out with my first cd in about a month...just would like to know?

i play poker with a ex-professional comedian...he did afew comic views...and fo rthe life of me i cant remember his last name...his furst name is Anthony...he is a chubby black dude with a gap in his teeth...he is the FUNNIEST guy i have evr met in my life...he goes nonstop...knows some pretty legendary comics though...DL hughley is a friend of his...i have actualy met him a few times here in seattle...

dane cook is one of my favorites also...i have a feeling we are gonna see ALOT more of him....his HBO series SUCKED though...did u see it? he had some talentless jerks on that show with him... i was very dissapointed in that...his solo stand up is top notch though.

I can't say I've never thought about it, but I dont have the attention span for it. It may seem like when a comedian performs it's all funny and whatnot, but how many times has he said the exact same set of jokes, at another venue? I couldnt do the same exact thing every night for a year or whatever.
Don't get me wrong, I love watching comedy, I really love to just sit there and laugh, I just could never do it myself.
I'm not a fan of Dane Cook, I liked him as an actor, but his comedy seems very dry sometimes.
Among my favorite comedians: John Heffron, Eddie Izzard, Phil Palisoul, and some others I can't think of off the top of my head.

I like a few of his sets, but very, very few. He just seems to fake for me.
