I have seen that almost happen in my home town, and it was also a woman. She bent the heck out of the nozzle on the pump and her gas tank filler tube too.

As a matter of fact, I used to drag race a bit my self, burnouts, doughnuts, etc. My favorite thing was to be airborne. No, I have never driven off with a nozzle. But I guess I should be honest. My mother is so easily distracted and confused (yes, blonde)that she once filled her van with diesel fuel. It didn't get far that way, left her stranded and terrified in a very bad section of town after dark. Repairs and cleaning weren't cheap either, and I know the mechanics were laughing behind her back. Sad thing is, she had to force the nozzle because it was shaped differently to try to avoid things like that.
Anyway, if I didn't have kids now, I would still be doing all those things that landed me the occasional 'Exhibition of Speed' tickets. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] Got to set a good example, right? [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] Although, I did take the girls on a modified mudding trip once. The pasture was full of ice and snow and I had to play in it, I just had too. What about the lady that passes me going 95 mph (Litaraly) while doing her makeup in the rear view mirror not even looking at the road. I'm not joking here. All she'd need to do is get up a half hour earlier and she wouldn't have this problem. Go figure.........
