This might be the funniest thing that I have come across. Driving through a rather bad section of downtown Louisville today, we noticed the following scene. Of course, I had to have the driver turn around so that I could get some shots of this. If this is what it seems I bet someone has one heck of a lump on their head! The thing that is not obvious from the pictures is that this is some kind of a garage that is fenced in...although this might just be someones idea of a funny...and it is funny...I have to speculate as to how this came to be where it is. All I can say is that I laughed for a long time just looking at it.

lol, very un PC but extremely funny. I don't really think that this is un PC Motor...as I am not making fun of people with handicaps or prothetics...but it does bring back some vaugly familiar The Fugitive anecdotes. My theory is...someone somehow lost it...then someone found it...and hung on the fence near where they found it hoping it would be picked up by whoever lost it. or...it could be a warning that if you climb this fence, you will lose a leg....who knows?
