scared husband
this is kind of funny. When my husband and I got first got married I had a 150 lb albino burmese. I usually l;et her stay in the bathroom , she had a heat mat and a overhead hidbox,(the linen closet). and I had the water heater turned down to 110 because she would get into the shower a lot of the time and turn it on herself. I thought everything was cool, and I had to go out of town for a week. She did have a cage in the rep room so I thought I would have her stay in there while I was away. I guess the first night my husband heard a lot of noise from the rep roo m and she had broken out a door of her cage. He sat and drank a 12 pack of beer to get the courage to try to get her in her cage. When he opened the door to the reptile room she was crawling up it and fell on him he fell with her on top and just laid ther while she made her way to the bath room. When I came home the shower had been on for two days, he had been peeing out in the yard and used the neighbors bathroom and he said there was a big brown cat or something on the bathroom floor. The big brown was snake poop. From now on when I have to go somewhere I hire pet sitters

Just wondering, do you not think it's a bit dangerous to have a 150lb predator free roaming your house?

That is just too funny.......as good natured as my hubby is about all my critters I think that might be a bit much for him. Yours apparently took it in great stride and was one heck of a sport!

lol the same hubby that has an issues with your snakes???
...that's prolly why he's got the issues..lmao I'd prolly be scared to death if i didn't know anything about a snake that can poo a "big brown cat" in my bathroom too, especially with the fact that it weighs 150lbs n fell on me while opening the door to the rep room, just to see wtf is going on in there...lol

10 points to him. My ex would have had it professionally removed and likely destroyed after that fiasco.

Hehehe, that is hilarious. Just make sure you're careful about letting your huge snake roam free.

This happens all the time when I feed my snakes in the tub.. they climb on the knobs when searching the place. I have to put the "He-man" grip on the knobs to make them extra tight so they dont turn them on. But, I bet if you have one of those large pull-out knobs that you turn left or right for temp, it would be easier for them to turn on, and harder to prevent.
