Help cage help

Hello every body ok so i am making a woodin cage it is 5'L 2W 2'T so what would be the bet way to heat it i have a heat lamp i am going to but in one side and thinking about indoor out door carpet for the bottom if any one has any good ideas for me pleas let me know thank you
