Melamine Help Please
I have already stripped 3 screws trying to build a tortoise table for my sister, I now think that instead of plywood, for the walls I will use 2 by 8s, but how do you drill into melamine?

After Pre-drilling, use 'drywall screws' hard to beat them.

I Still pre-drill! Melamine is just Coated Particle Board and will 'crumble' that close to the Edges.

Re: Melamine Help Please
These are the bees knees of fasteners. Pricey but I use them on everything so I always have some laying around. These go into anything, but I still preset because I like to set the heads.
