I'm thinking Scarlet Kingsnake / Lampropeltis triangulum elapsoides...head markings are a little odd though?

We have some exceptions in the US...shovelnose & longnose snakes both have yellow touching red, and are completely harmless!
FYI: Longnose snakes can vary quite a bit...from basic two colors (black & off-white or yellowish) to tri-color (black & red & white/to yellow). Mine happens to be a colorful cb Texas variety, with yellow & red touching!

The best method of dealing with snakes is if you don't know for sure what it is just leave it alone
