looks like a black ratsnake to me but knowing brian....prolly some asian elapid I've never heard of.
Schatz...black racers have a white chin but a blue or grey belly....around here...the belly scales are very bright smurf blue.

LOL! Really? Around here they are a slightly variable. Usually they are anywhere from a dull indigo to a faded black(just not as dark as on the back). I've always liked Black Racers. Even though sometimes they don't seem to like ME very much...
