The only one I had wrong was 5(c), I thought it was fer-de lance

How about we leave the question up for 24 hours before posting the answers from now on? I was guilty of this offense yesterday too.

2. Generally considered to be the Reticulated Python, some argue that the Anaconda CAN get longer. No records have proven this.

8. Depends on whose record you take. Some consider the Indigo Snake, other the Black Rat, others Pitouphis, still others Eastern Diamondback.

9. A cannibalistic snake, derived from the term "ophidiophagous", which means snake eating. Ophidiophagus is also the generic name of the King Cobra, so named because of it's cannibalistic proclivities.
