Thanks! I was actually just two feet away from him. The chucks around here are fairly friendly as long as you're patient and observe the signs they give you. This specific Chuck actually came and sat on a rock adjacent to where I was sitting (about two feet away) and started looking for food and doing his thing. It was a fun day. Too bad I didn't see any crotes out there...kinda disappointing.
