Part 1...
So my wife and I were cleaning up our jungle of a back yard (previous owner never did ANYTHING with it) and found a wascally little rough brown snake. Looked almost like a worm. WAAY too fast for pics. I relocated him to a safer area.
Part 2...
At work this evening and saw a TINY little snake crawling around a large expanse of concrete. STILL don't know what it was but I shall describe it: 4-5" long at MOST, and so skinny a neo Corn could eat it. Dark gray body with a white band at the rear of the head. Very alert little fella, not in the least aggressive or flighty. Didn't pick him up or anything, though. Since I was/am at work pictures were not possible (though could have VERY easily). I checked back on him every few minutes on my rounds for about a 1/2 hr or so. Unforunately I think a bird found him because I saw a bird leaving the area he was in and there was no place for him to hide and since I didn't see him again after that I have to assume he didn't make it.
So to the snake that only had life here for a short time, you made my evening.

I hope you got away....
Anyone have any idea what it was?
