Yup!
That is a very well stuck shed
And mild dehydration.
An overnight soak will do it some good, but if its stuck on as bad as it looks, more than one overnight soak may be needed.

She'll be much better looking when it's all off her

Should I use the shed away in the water tonight while she soaks? Or should I soak her all day? then let her rest tonight since she is so bad?

Plain water will do just fine

Soak at night, so it will be moving more in the water and hopefully get the shed started and let it reast during the day (normal activity cycle)
