Is this your first snake? If so, please read this caresheet on boa constrictors. Now then:
The black bit you see is more than likely her tongue, so don't panic. She isn't going to eat while she continues to be sick, either.
The best thing you can do for her right now, besides continue her medication, is to get her into an enclosure that is 88-90 degrees all the across, no cool side. This will help boost her immune system. Give her a water dish to drink from, but not big enough to soak in. You don't want her to get too much humidity in her enclosure, it needs to be dry so the infection can dry up. Snakes can't cough like we do.
The Baytril may dehydrate her, so expect a really bad shed when she does shed. To help her with that give her a tub she can soak in and mist her every day when she clouds up.

It sounds like the first thing and best thing you need to do, is to take her to a good reptile vet ASAP!! She still has a respitory infection, and it sounds as if it may be fairly serious if she was indeed treated with baytril, and it did not resolve. It may not be a bad idea to have her checked for internal parasites as well. They can be the reason for her light body weight.
Do you know if she is WC or CB? What conditions are you keeping her in(temp, humidity, etc)?

my little RTB's mouth is all one color...kindof an off-white. is there alot of black or just a small spot? it may be the tongue you're seeing. if there's black stuff around the opening it may be severe RI?? is there any other discoloration in the mouth it may be mouth rot. i don't know what mouth rot looks like cause thankfully my kids haven't experienced it. until you can get him/her to a vet increase the temps to about 90 to help fight off the RI. if he does have mouth rot he probably won't be interested in eating until the mouth rot is cured. it probably wouldn't hurt to offer him a prekilled rat... but any way a vet trip is a MUST.

Kate I can't help you with any snake questions because it's new for me too---but what type of dragon do you have? Water or Beardy (or other)?
welcome toRTB.

I know my beardy has grown incredibly as well. Beardies are the personality lizards of the dragon world....so sweet and full of cute little antics to keep us entertained.
