Boa Size
I have a BCI that is three and a half foot and is one year and six months old. Just wanted to check with you guys if this size is ok as i thought that it might be a bit small but not 100% sure.

Hmm, sounds like it might be a bit small to me. Our two BCI are a little over two years old and one of them is a shade over 6 feet and the other is just under.

Depends on genes on feeding schedules. Actually a bci that is over 6 feet and just over 2 years seems a bit big, like it may have been fed a lot... maybe too much. Our 2 year olds are between 3 and 4 feet and are kept on a standard schedule. So SnakeMad, I'd say your is juuust right

Well they are both BCI to the best of my knowledge and their feeding schedule has been very average. Perhaps they were a little older than I thought when I bought them, but they were no bigger than 14 inches. They most definately have not been powerfed and they are now on a 14 day schedule and have been for about the last 6 months.

If thats a male Boa then he is at the perfect size for that age I believe. If its a female she could be a little bigger...but like ldydrgn said its all in how you feed the snakes. I am very against overfeeding so my snakes grow slower then what alot of boa keepers have. For instance all of my 2-3 year old males are 3-4ft long.

The majority of the growth in bci ends around 4-5 years of age.
