shedding again!

I just found my snake in probably the coldest place in the tank...and stiff..under the water dish..its a sand boa so yea, the water isn't under the light or over the heater..but what I'm wondering is...I was told to stick her in a tub type deal with some wet paper towels when she is about to shed...which she is..so should I still do this eventhough it seemed that she was trying to escape from the heat..

It was a great shed! I did the whole paper towel thing and it took off all of the retained shed from the last time and came out with another whole shed. She is all happy now..thanks for the help!
