snake lost for almost 2 months found last night
here's the thing. my rtb got out of her cage and escaped through a hole in my apartment wall about two months ago. after several attempts to get her to come home i sort of gave up. i was heart broken.
last night i found her, curled up, cold and quite skinny underneath my kitchen sink. i immediately put her back in her tank (which had been standing empty in my living room) and set up all her stuff. i am in the process of feeding her now but i am wondering if there is anything else i should do for her. should i give her a bath? take her to the vet?
help me with this one, please...

Right now just get her warmed up. Keep an ear out for any signs of a respiratory infection. Being too cold for too long may cause one. You'll want her temps to be about 90 degrees. Give her a water bowl only large enough to drink from. Monitor her activity for a while.
Keep us updated

Wow, glad your snake's back! We have had 3 escape, the longest being gone only three days. Luckily my daughter is Queen when it comes to finding them, it's been her everytime. I'm thinking of renting her out... Keep an eye on your baby, and keep us informed. Also, plug the hole, if possible. We used spray foam after last time.

Great end to an otherwise sad story!
Get her warmed up, listen and look for any odd signs, RI etc..
Get her hydrated, plenty of water, mixed 50/50 with plain pedialyte is great also and get the first poop she has to a vet for a full fecal.
If you need, keep it in a ziplock baggie in the fridge (don't freeze!) and get it in as soon as you can.
No telling if she may have taken any wild foods, so better to be safe than sorry.

Good stuff.
I have only had one boa escape and my heart must have sank right through the floor when I found she was gone. Fortunatly I found her within minutes..but I would think yours will be fine with a little TLC and time.
