Livng Vivarium

Ok guys and gals, I need some help. I have been thinking about geting some dart frogs for a while but before I do that I would like to start a living vivarium and get it established. After I have that done I can start on some fruit fly cultures before I ever get the first frog. I have a 10 gallon tank that I want to use. Would someone who has done this (set up a vivarium) be kind enough to send me a list of supplies or post one here for everyone to use? I have looked at a few things and they are good resources...but someone that knows about darts may have things to add. Stuff like "DON"T DO THIS"!!
Whatever you can add would be really appreciated.
