new boa phile cage nedd help with heat light
i just purshased two boa phile cages 421d (4'x24''x12'') i need help figuring what kind light fixture to used cause as you can see its only 12'' high so if anyone has one please let me know i really apprecaite.

I bought mine with the light already installed just so I wouldn't have that problem. You will most likely have to drill through the cage and use nuts and bolts. Not much help I know, but it's the best I could do.

i know now i should of purchased the cage with fixtures, but still need some ideas on how should i put light fixture in my cage
|

Royal, do you just want it for light, or are you trying to heat it with lights too? I would reccomend heating it with heating pads, and only going with a slim, under cabnet style of fluorescent light.

yea morti, i wanted it for heat but i went ahead and put an under cabinet fluoresent light. im gonna put a heat pad underneath the cage for heat like lady dragon pionted out hopefully everything works well .

Fluoresent lights will put off alittle heat. Mine raises my small 3x2 cage by 2 degrees when it is on.
