Help rtb head did not shed?

I have a baby rtb and this was his 2nd shed. But it did not come off at the top of his head? Also should he shed monthly? I posted a pic i just took and want to know what i should do. he is housed in a 20 gal tank and heat in tank is 85 in middle of tank. obv hotter on the hot side and cooler other side with a hide. the humity is 46 right now.

WOW that's quite a big pic, lol..
Your humidity is a bit low, other wise that shouldn't have happened. If you're really concerned soak her for about 15 minutes and try to take it off (Don't force it!). If you take care of the humidity it should come off on its own or next time she sheds.

get a damp coarse wash rag and let her crawl through it with you holding the rag. use a little pressure.

Yep thats what I do with my bp's, get a nice damp towel and wrap her up, you will be amazed at how well it works.

cage has a hide and water dish made of ceramic. I think ill add a few rocks too that may help for next time.
