I would start by checking temps and humidity. We will just eliminate possibilities as we go.

And get a fecal done for parasites.

Are you feeding frozen/thawed or no?

If frozen, was it thawed completely?

If not frozen thawed, such as whacked, stunned etc, then the chances for parasites is high and they can cause regurges to occur.

I had the same thing happen in January. The vet did some blood work and a fecal. Turns out he had a bacterial infection, which caused him to regurge.

Of course his regurge almost made me regurge myself

Regurg is NASTY!
Do not take it lightly!
Check your temps and humidity, make sure the snake gets plenty of fluids and does not get dehydrated, wait at least 10-14 days to feed again, and last but not least get to a reputable vet and get things checked out!
